Ecococoon

Ecococoon is the new, Australian owned company that has just launched a line of drinkware which incorporates environmental principles with exciting modern designs, creating a range of stainless steel products that are fun and safe.

Brisbane mum Libby Versace was motivated to create a range of stainless steel cups after learning about the health concerns over bisphenol-A (BPA), a synthetic chemical widely used in the manufacturing of plastic cups and drink bottles. Products containing BPA are gradually being banned throughout America due to new scientific evidence of the chemical causing brain development and other problems in children.  

Ecococoon’s stainless steel cups come in sets of six, complete with their own Neoprene cover, perfect for the glove box, picnics or everyday use at home. The children’s sets, both boy and girl, feature gorgeous motifs of princesses, pirates and animals on vivid, colourful metal, while the retro set appeals to adult tastes with six brilliant block colours.

The durability of stainless steel will ensure that, unlike plastic or glass, Ecococoon products will last for years to come.  Ecococoon is also soon to launch their range of double-walled, stainless steel drink bottles, which will provide a long lasting and safe alternative to plastic sports bottles.
